Bigwood manufactures the finest cutting boards you will find. They are made from select maple which is a very dense wood, making it excellent for kitchen use. The strips of maple are color graded and appropriately matched before gluing the panels for the final cutting and routing. Then they are carefully machine and hand sanded. All the boards have "sure grip" rubber feet attached with rust proof stainless steel screws and come with a juice trough around the perimeter.
